of course poker can gets boring ... it happens to me when I play a good tournament for 4-5 hours, and if i have been knocked out by stupid cards of some player, I no longer play nothing until tomorrow, because I can't play new torunamet patiently and nicely again from the beginning ...

ofcourse i get bored after playing 5 hours on tournament and get kicked 2 spots away from cashout with AA or KK from a preflop all in jerk with J2 hahaha

it's not bored from poker it self , but some times i get bored from being tired for long hours.
tiredness can take you down with no doubt .
For that reason it's so important to take breaks from time to time .
Deal with poker like you deal with anything in your life.
Go have a good chill and then come back with fresh mind .

excuse me. I had this moment of not wanting to play poker online and in the community, for about a year, I found it boring, sad and even deleted the application from my phone and PC. I wasn't using it until the quarantine, when the App appeared in an ad and I had the happiness that I had before when playing and participating in the card chat community. Here I am back at my house.Have you ever got bored of poker?

-This happens to me in bigger MTTs. For that exact reason. I put myself in the mindset of growing in the game and getting but the payoff doesn’t seem worth the time to me. I try to combat it by playing one MTT and smaller SNGs at the same time. It seems to help. We just have to stay in the mindset of any positive ROI is a good in early bankroll building stages.

I can not tell that i felt bored from poker at some point but poker is just one of my hobbies and they all share my free time and money so in some situations i prefer to play poker and in other i prefer another hobby. When i play too much for certain period i feel not bored but tired and i need to slow down the pace. After all the fun element is very important to me and if a poker game is not fun anymore i just quit for some time.

I once needed money and played a lot, like 4 days nonstop for 10/11 hours a day and it started to get me bored. But after not playing for a week I always have a fresh mind for that

Of course I do like playing but that doesn't mean all days are the same. I get bored when I am playing for hours or I am not in the mood.

Yes, I very much agree with you. My enthusiasm has declined year by year since I came into contact with poker in 2011. When you participated in an MTT with thousands of people and fought for hours but fell before the FT, only a little more return on the registration fee.

Yes, but I think it is normal to get bored or tired, especially when you play a lot of .hours in a row.
In my case, I just shut down the pc and go to chill out somewhere else for a while until I feel I can play again.
