There are a bunch of common nicknames for hands but do you have any personal nicknames for hands? I like to call 9-9 the Great One because of Wayne Gretzky.

I don't have any personal nicknames but have adopted a couple because I like them.

Brad Owen was the first I heard call pocket jacks 'Pocket Jiggeties' and that makes me laugh (as they play so badly it sort of puts them in a funny light).

I have liked the way Joe Stapleton calls pocket queens 'Lady Kings' from way back when.

I call all the hands as standard, but I call the AK Alexander Kerzhakov. Because it seems to me that the frequency of hitting the flop and the goal is the same for them.

Alexander Kerzhakov if anyone does not know this is a Russian footballer.

I don't have any nicknames for different hands other than 'winner' or 'loser' ...lol. However I have started calling KK 'Dead man walking' because this hand for me has been getting beat a lot lately.
