Yes i will eat/cook anything the laptop is pretty mobile sometimes Anyways usually i will eat chips and dip like someone said above. I will eat sandwiches a lot as well. Doesn't take a lot of time and i can do it on a break

I find if very distracting if my opponents are eating FINGER foods at the table while handling the chips, in this post covid world I don't think it will be an issue much longer.

Another huge pet peeve of mine would be loud eaters its just such poor table manners, seriously.

I like having something to snack on while I play, not an full on meal though. I believe that having something to distract me a little helps my gameplay.
