Do you listen to music while you play?

Yeah, but it helps to pick up other players tells. The way they talk for example when they are in a hand. I think listening to music is fine online but it may hurt you live.

I always listen to my IPod while I play live it helps drown out the whining from a badbeat from people.

Definitely online, live im usually playing with friends so we're talking, we usually dont play music in the backround.

I would say about 50 percent of the time I jam.

I think it helps my game. But when I get down to the final table I will take off my head phones to really zero in on the game.

I listen to music sometimes when I feel bored playing online. But sometimes it's a little distracting, so usually I'm not hearing any music at all. Depends on my mood really. As far as listening music on live games, I don't do it at all, I rather be concentrated on the game.

Yes i listen the music but it mostly depends upon my games mood if i am going well then it rocks but if i am continuously losing then it is a headache for me.

One's attention span should be directed toward the game(s) itself especially if your multiscreening play. Sometimes the music would divert my train of thought elsewhere IMO.

Rammstein usually helps me concentrate when playing online.
