Depends on the game and how long Im playing - sometimes someone at the table will be aggravating me so I find music less distracting than listening to that person - Also, if I am in a multi flight mtt I will kill time w/ music

yes I listen to music. In general, I try not to pick something that would influence my play-style (e.g. too aggressive music) but if I am tilting or playing too passive I normally switch to something to counteract that (sometimes it is just a bit difficult to realize that you are on tilt or playing your C-game

I listen to music in the backround when I play online but I don't in live games and sometimes I feel the music helps me relax and play better online but I never tried in a live game which I will next time to see how it affects it, just curious on other player's thoughts on the subject.

Don't listen to music, I think it distracts me from the game!

No, never listen to the music during the game - I find it very distracting. Only coffee and cigarettes(and spent nerves).

I often listen to music when I play poker. When it is not music it is some sort of noise in the background such as TV. I feel like it helps me focus on the game.
