Do you often lose discipline?

Are you a disciplined player but often lose discipline at the decisive moment?

While it does happen " I lose it" I actually do pretty good at keeping my discipline when playing. When I feel I am losing it I will remind myself that if i do I lose more money and that quickly gets me thinking about what I need to do. I do listen to meditation music when playing to keep myself in a good state of mind that also helps me keep disciplined.
