Do you play for fun or for money?

For money, I like playing the game but it's no fun without the risk of losing money.

I mostly play this for fun i keep the buy in rather low so its rather difficult to say that i do it for the money. Ofcourse you try to win everything and earn a little bit which usually works but i dont see this as a way to earn money

I play everyday for the money. I also play everyday to master the game eventually. Haven't had too much luck lately but I'm gaining experience Everytime I play a hand. I love this game and what it has to offer for money. There are some big prizepools in tournaments that I'd like to place or win in. Maybe some day!

I say they both play hand in hand I play for money but I have fun playing the game I have the Apps to play for money but I also play apps with fake money its juss a fun game to me love to play love the fun of the game and the risk

I play for both fun and money. Lol. Whats the point of having a hobby if you don't eventually become good at it? I enjoy poker and don't view a losing session as wasted time, but I certainly leave a table when I don't think its a profitable one for me to play at.

Good plan, brother. When poker is approached through the "get rich quick" lense...thats when we get in trouble and get stuck, BIG. Walking away from a table when stuck a buy-in is the most profitable thing I've learned in the past 3 years playing live poker

Look, if you already playing poker for 8-9 years, this can,t be still fun to play poker. If i have some time and play poker, of course, i try to win some money. You can enjoy this game only few 1st years, because this is something new for you. After that you just understand, that this is the game and if you spend your time for this, you need to take something from that.

I'd say in the beginning (years ago in a distant land, somewhere on planet earth) i started to play for fun, then i started studying the game, and then after playing it everyday for multiple years, id say i now play it 90% for money and 10% for fun.

Mainly for fun but taking peoples money is fun too lol but long term, with confidence it would to be nice to be able to say:
