To me the title of your post and your OP aren't necessarily connected.

What are you asking advice specifically on here?

I'm not clear whether you're asking advice on playing poker for fun Vs. for money, how to avoid losing, how not to get upset, whether or not you should deposit again after losing or how to control your emotions.

Could you please expand on the question?

As for whether I play for fun or money, they are both smaller constituent parts of a greater reason with regards to myself personally.

I play poker mostly for fun, but one of my main goals in life is to win minimum one big entry to any main PokerStars event like Sunday Million or EPT.
You have a good chance of winning a lot of money playing poker compared to playing the lottery. Poker is even better because you increase your chances of winning through psychological skills and manipulating your opponent's mind (although this is very difficult over the Internet, because you can only influence the player by manipulating time and raising at the right moment).

I play of course more for fun, this is not my way to make a living

Like any sort of gambling, you play it for the money, that you have fun doing it is another thing

I play for fun, but really like to make some dollars. I bought some nice things for me with my profits in poker.
