Do you prefer playing live or online — and why?

I am disabled, so I don't leave the house very often. Playing online is convenient for me because it doesn't require any extra effort. Maybe someday I'll feel like going to a casino to play live, but for me that would be stepping out of my comfort zone.

I prefer live for sure, mostly because you have the oponent in front of you and makes it easier sometimes to make the right decision. Online you dont have that.

I like both although I have not played live since Feb. 2020 because of Covid and subsequent spousal illness. I like live because of the interaction and social element . Online I like the variety of games, the ability to hit a big win and then take my money. leave and get into another with a different buyin. Also you can play in short spurts and are not ying up hours visiting a casino.

In live poker the buy ins are not affordable for me . So I stick to playing poker online , although love is far better than online poker . Online poker is not 100% poker , rng and bingo players mess with your normal winning odds and your fun

from my limited experience I personally prefer live. Definetly more fun for me personally. However the convinience of online games and the ability to multitable of course is a very strong argument to play online.

Online of course is super convenient and at times can even feel rigged but it’s just because the amount of hands your seeing per hour is just so much more than live your going to see a lot more bad beats and coolers I mean a 4 hour session playing 2 tables I’m seeing well over 1 k hands .HUGGE DIFFERENCE..also online player pool much tougher !! People are much better and it’s based on pure mechanics of the game there are not to many tells besides bet sizing and what people show up with and. Vpip online during daytime hours on a weekday is all grinders trust me .. but 2 am is the witching hour people get lazy and tired and chase there losses and stray jaming pre with all sorts of junk !! Online cause I can do from anywhere. I do want to live a few more times though. Only played 3 times cashed once. Still -$ live so I feel the need to fix that

If you have practiced playing live poker, you will find it difficult to calmly perceive the RNG of online poker. ))

I prefer online as I'm a reclusive person.
Outdoors, sunlight, people, contact, communication, ahhh! Not a fan. I will stay in here.
The multiple tables is a great factor too.

I barely play online... I love live cash games, why?! You can see in 90% how people struggle to play almost every single hand, BUT when you have "pro" at the table, flirt and play dirty... it always pays off!

Live is a more complete feeling (smell, lights, sounds, and everything)
Online is faster, more lucrative and convenient
