Do you Prefer Tournaments or Cash Games?

I prefer cash games because you can battle it out with the players at your table. I feel like tournaments, you are just battling time because you usually end up with a smaller stack compared to blinds and it takes the skill away. There are some deep tournaments but those just take too long.

Well,personally I prefer mtts and like the structure of prisezz and the spirit of competition.Cause cash is more like casino plaayi and the ground of poker is different then mmt.

It doesn't work with me.in cash games when I win I wanna get more n more so than I loose ma $.but tournaments when u win u get more than cash games

I chose cash games because you can be good at cash and naturally do well at tournaments.

I also didnt want to be one of those guys who win big to lose it. I wanted to be flexible as well

Tournies are for lazy people... cash is where its at

Your tournament wins are from a bigger prize pool and larger return when one does place in the money. I can grind at a cash game for 6 hours for a small profit or I can grind at a tournament for 6 hours for a bigger payday.

I usually play cash games to try and keep my BR steady and earn points for my silver status on PS, but i enjoy playing tournys more for the big prize if you win one.

I love tournaments, I try not to miss when you have free time. After playing in tournaments begin play + on the cash games.

I prefer the tournaments although the cashgames do not disagree me, being willing to invest in a deposit which is very difficult from here in Argentina due to the regulations we have for deposits in abroad via online

Tournaments will always be better, the problem is the availability of time. (I speak in my case)

But I can't play as often as I want because don't have so much time.

i don't have the patience to sit 8 or 9 hours in a tournament to make a small profit or bust before the bubble.. if i do get a really good deal or satellite into a big event I'm usually playing very tight poker.. cash games are just more profitable and i can make my own schedule and leave the game when i please

Cash prefer because at any time I can get out of the table.
Especially if there is a shortage of time.

I haven't quite mastered cash games, I have that tourney frame of mind still. I can grind SNGs all day, and maybe hop in a 150-200 man tourney. I want to get into cash games though. I seem to do pretty well in heads up .25/.50 HU cash games.

Both types are good for me. I want to improve my stats not only on cash tables, also in tournaments.
For me, its better to learn to play poker at any situation and rules. It will make you better player.

I play mostly cash games over tournaments because I'm not glued to the game for a determined amount off time. In cash games we have the option to leave anytime we want.

I play cash games aswell rather than playing tournaments beacause i think there is way more luck in MTTs and in cash it makes you a better player overall with easier inputs in making money a faster way

i enj mtt,s sng,s and cash tables the biggest factor for me is time constraints or lack of time for mtt but can jump in n out of cash table

Game with taste

When I play a game in the Cache! I can win how many I will want! The circle of people are less and I can, quicker adapt to a game against each rival. I read a game better.
