No it gives me much appreciated information . The more I know about an opponent the better I’m able to play against him or her. Maybe I am able to make a big call next time because of this bluff.

when an opponent shows me his bluff what matters to me is always to take notes of what he does at the table, that helps me to make good decisions in each hand against him, it helps me to keep correcting and learning much more.

For a moment yes.
Then I realize that he actually did it well, and sometimes I praise him for it.
It would be pointless to be upset about him, he just did his job well and you got beaten, but that's part of the game.

Of course not but what upsets me is when the opponent bluffs shove, i call with a better hand and they still get there.

Nah I don't let i affect me cos I bluff as well, every1 does - it's part of the game. If you let it affect you or even worse affect future decisions negatively it will only help you lose more chips, more often. Playing the averages, pot odds, outs etc. is proably always best and just take it on the chin when you get bluffed!

No. I am happy, they gave me free information, because seeing, what they bluffed with, tell me something about, how they play. I will also generally think, they probably do it, so that I am more likely to call them down next time. I try to not adjust to much to avoid getting into some kind of levelling war. But if anything I am probably more likely to fold a bluff catcher to that particular player next time
