I did not cause insomnia, but maybe if I have run sometimes the time to go to bed hahaha.:cool::cool:

Is this insomnia or cause of poker you have change your ordinary time to sleep?Stress might be one of the raisons if you thinking your play during the day ...

When it goes bad you spend your on the would have, could have, should haves. When it goes good you have the adrenaline rush to deal with. Either way your not sleeping much.

If I make gross mistakes in the tournament, after which I will fly out, then yes, I can't fall asleep. All I think about the distribution, how can it be played differently.
