Absolutely, poker can seem brutal at times. 😅

You can study for hours, play well, and still get busted because of a single unlucky card on the river. The game doesn't immediately reward good decisions, and that's what makes it cruel in the short term.

I think it's worse when it's easy on you. It's much harder to recognize mistakes and fill holes when you catch a lucky break

Yes, a lot happens, poker is part of many people's lives and...as in life, sometimes you float, sometimes you pull hard, but the best thing is to do everything as best as you can for the best results.

All the time. It only feels fair when I win a tournament, which is rare because there's often a lot of players in them. So, I only get to win a tournament from time to time, and that's when it doesn't seem cruel to me.

Nothing is easy, in poker it is no different, the bad thing is when you play for 2 hours and close to the bubble you end up losing

It’s not cruel if you understand that the distance is what really matters. It’s still a bitter feeling sometimes when you lose with much better odds, but you have to accept it and move on.

Yes, a lot of times, a motherload of times, almost every time I play, 2, 3 hours or more in a MTT only winning 1st places rarely, just very cruel
