When its a really tense game, poker does tend to give me a headache, but more often than not I simply just enjoy playing it without any stress, because I play freerolls, and not with my money.

If tourney is too long I feel crappy and you shouldn't feel that way after doing well. It is very important that tourneys be designed to not go on that long for health reasons.
