Kind of feel better now about going up and down 0000s in a day.
If you had 10 million handy and lost 4 in a day shrug it off comfort still there.
6 will do its overkill at that level just numbers on a bank statement but if the poor man loses his last $50 food money that aint comfortable hunger is not fun.

I do not think my heart can resist and continue to beat if I lose so much money. I lose my sleep when I lose 100 dollars. $ 4.2 million in one day. I hope he will find a way to regain all that money.

I think we can all agree that there are downswings and there are REAL downswings, its all relative to your BR and also sponsors..What i am keen to know is - have any of you heard of pros being dropped by their sponsor for not being successful?

You can only sympathize with such players, but the downturns are absolutely everyone and no one is immune. It's poker!!!

I've been playing long enough to know that there are a lot of downswings in poker. Finding a way to keep myself entertained while I'm taking a whooping is the hardest part. I still haven't figured out how to not let my emotions rise and fall as my chip stack does so too. Oh well, I still am enthusiastic about poker overall.
