DOYLE'S ROOM CLOSED MY ACCOUNT

Wow, pretty bad thing they did on you.
I used to play on bwin, from ongame, and they closed my accoutn. Had 360$, they said the would cash me out, but I am still waiting for that cash. They didn't even have arguments to close my account, they just closed it. Didn't even justified. I still hope to get that cash though

Honestly everything I've heard about the site is bad. Apparently they have switched networks at least twice now and some people have been screwed out of money both times. Pretty sure I will never play for any real money on that site.

I'm sure Doyles is doing their best with what they've got to work with (although I've heard of numerous headaches from many players,..and have had some of my own there too). It would only make sense for them to be trying to do what they can cuz it's just good business... the more screw ups, word gets out... less players on the site.
I don't like the Cake Network either. I actually kinda liked Doyles after their last software update and would use the account for playing cash tables. Since the switch I've found the play on the tables to be completely different (real fishy, tons of calling stations & maniacs... can be quite profitable but also can be suckout central...cuz there's just too many of them on one table).
I can't really complain though.... I built my Doyles account up from an initial 30cent cash in a freeroll.. so it's all just a bonus (but have also never even really considered it as 'real money').

Can't really blame the poker site much. The problems in Kentucky were created by YOUR politicians, specifically your governor.

I sure wouldn't want to have to make those decisions to prohibit players, from a poker site management point of view. OTOH, I also wouldn't want to be the poker site's owner/manager/staff who gets arrested at an airport somewhere in the U.S., served with a warrant for arrest and extradition to Kentucky for prosecution for allowing Kentucky residents to pay a few bucks to me in rake.

It's YOUR state government keeping the poker sites out of your home. Have you placed your complaint with your state politicians??

Yes, still a sad state of affairs, but as long as players get the money from their accounts I understand their decisions to block certain users. It is also a problem for them to send account balances to a Kentucky address in any manner since that only 'proves' that they were providing you an 'illegal' (in your state) gambling operation.

Actually the Kentucky law was shot down over 4 weeks ago by the Kentucky legislation. Sites like Doyle's Room and UB are still geo-blocking residents in this state on their own accord fearful of the state's governor filing an appeal in the courts, even though the judge who overturned the original ruling ordered the governor NOT to attempt an appeal.

What were the other two states besides KY that they're geo-blocking?

Isn't democracy and living in a free society wonderful....I hate it when politics tell me what is moral and imoral.

I think the other two states are missouri and Washington. I could be wrong on this but im pretty sure

Doyle's and Cake does not block Missouri, but Player's Only and Sportsbook Poker (both on the Cake network) do for some unknown reason. I've asked them to point me to the Missouri law in the past but neither has done so.

srry to hear that , everyone knows that the U.S GOVERMENT is all out for them selfs anyway so as a online we're going to git screwed in the long run.
