I liked the Italian film directed by Dario Ardgento "il cartaio". About the legendary player Stu Angera. He was the best player on the streets of New York. He won in all the poker championships in which he played.

I do not even have movies (I have not seen) associated with online poker. And live poker was mentioned for example in the third season of the series Bridge (original, Danish-Swedish).

Rounders, the only thing I didn't like is the main character is a tournament supremacist who thinks heads up no-limit poker is the truest form.

Rounders will be the crowd favorite.

Molly's game is going to be a good movie. I consulted and worked w/ some of the actors on the poker part of the movie. Think it's coming out late Nov.

Matt Damon is simply a brilliant actor, he makes you really 'feel' things with his raw tone and body language regardless of the scripts he reads. He is hands down one of the greatest actors of all time.

If you like general gambling movies the movie 21 is phenomenally directed. It's a blackjack movie similar to Rain man but far more interesting and less focused on the main character's mild Autism (rain man had severe)
