Female Decoys

Alot of avatars are female picture's....point being is ,do people just put a female's picture to get attenttion ? so people would play them alot softer ? to sucker people into giving them money ? or is there just that much female's playing poker now day's ?.........
I made that mistake along time ago when (BUGSY'S POKER) was active and i wont lend or give nobody money anymore.....anyway's i was just wondering what people thought about this matter......have a good day and make lot's of money....goodluck on the tables.....

Ahh the power of the female at the table. I've heard a few pros say they don't like playing against women but I can't remember the reason... tougher to read, i dunno. But yea, I think many guys perceive women to not be good at poker for whatever reason and feel they can beat them more easily, so they play a bit differently.

Women kick my ass at poker... ones that know what they are doing, ones that don't... I donno why... I lost at strip poker alot... but I would play naked so eventually we all were

I always have a picture of a female (or PARTS of a female) as my avatar. No deep, dark, secret strategy, though. I enjoy looking at the ladies while I'm playing poker, ldo. (OK make that "anytime")

. Besides that, I would say many of them are there for the same reason or, as you said, as decoys since everybody knows real ladies don't play the pokerz

if hot girl avatar....i normally think its a guy.....hot guy means girl....i may be wrong tho.....as far as motives....i am distracted by babies....so pppl stop putting babies on the table..PLEASE!

See, this is the way I feel too. I'm always surprised when someone thinks my avatar is actually me. I mean I suppose there are some girls who post half-naked pics of themselves as their avatars, but usually it's a guy.

Even if you see a female name, female avatar, and person says she is a female, there is a good chance it is still a man, especially if they ask you for a stake or a loan

First thing I do on a new site is shut off the avatars.. I cringe on sites where it isnt an option. I uusually leave it to a random for me and I assume everyone at the table is a liar. There arent that many hot guys or sexy babes playing poker LOL

Nice blog. If you read the responses at the end, someone specifically questions him about hot female avatars. His reply is they have his "stamp of approval". Hot female avatars are definately the way to go. Everything else, GTFO.

Wait.. you gave money to someone just because you thought they were female? I smell a troll. I refuse to believe people are that dumb.. oh wait.. I've played MMOs, and I've seen people give money to chick avatars when they use the /dance smote lol.
