Hello,

I'm looking for other Filipinos who are members of CardsChat.

Let's have a community within a community and maybe play some poker together.

Cardschat should have a team poker competition with national teams competing against each other

yey, im not alone! i was starting to think pinoys only play tong-its!
hopefully we get enuff together and maybe play some private tournaments together. like paluwagan, say for 1 week, a different person sponsors a private tourney

Why would you want to be a separatist? Why does nationality even matter? Cardschat is a worldwide poker community. Creating splinter groups here based on ethnicity goes completely against what Cardchat is all about.

SARCASTIC HI-JACK ALERT!!!

I was looking for people to play poker with who are half-German, half-Russian whose ancestors escaped Russia during the overthrow of the Czarist government in the early 1800's. I think we are very special people and we really should all get together and play. To hell with the rest of this place!!

I'm half german/ half south-african with a slavic name (Karow), lol does that fit into your category, too ?
...and for my girlfriend, she's half german / filipino - so our kids might be ...............mmmmmmmmmmmm..........
...maybe slant-eyed-albino-negroids......

I for one think its great to meet people from your own background, if u get a filipino group together more power to you.

Yeah. But why stop there? The filipino group could then be split into Canadian filipinos, US filipinos, European filipinos, and Phillipine filipinos. Then they'd all REALLY have people from their "own background".

Wow, I don't really understand all the unnecessary sarcastic posts left on an otherwise interesting thread. I live in the U.S. but if i wanted to start a thread to see who else from my area was on cardschat I sure hope idiotic sarcasm would be left out of it.....but I guess I should know better than that considering there is no I.Q. requirement to join. It's not the first time I have said this here but if you don't have anything constructive to say please be a moron somewhere else.

Ok but all you just did there was prove that there was a constructive way of even going about letting someone know that groups based on ethnicity are against the rules. The sarcasm in my opinion was and is still unnecessary regarding most of the posts thereafter.
