I have never read poker books. I believe that this is already in the past and now there are much faster ways to learn.

All books above mentioned are good.
I like Super System, for it's a classic one.

The first book I read was "The Theory of Poker" by David Sklansky. It is still good now but I still find some books that are published recently to update my knowledge.

So many books, honestly no clue what book came first because I typically read 3 to 4 at the same time, therefore it was probably one of four.

I was orientated toward 7 Stud and first book was Roy West 7 Card Stud 42 lessons. After that I got the Doyle Brunson Book Super System. Both of them are classics. I still review them from time to time to remind myself of what I should be doing. Got The Little Green Book by Phil Gordon and it works good for me. I tried the David Sklansky books and they are way too deep and math orientated for me as I am more of a slap it on the butt and let's go person.
