If, AND ONLY IF, you are 100% sure your opponent have AA, you must have a great read on them. If you are even the slightest bit unsure then you do not fold.

This is such a rare event I dont think I could ever fold here

It is impossible to be 100% sure that your opponent have AA.
For me he play well with KK. It hard to fold KK preflop but somtimes its the best option.

That is a pro fold. Very, very hard to fold KK pre flop. I don't think I have ever done it. But yeah, that was an incredible fold.

If players have very tihgt stats for example VPIP 6% PFR 4% 3bet 0.5% I can fold KK on 3bet, if I raise with KK. But sometimes I can just coll 3bet and if I catch trips I very often win his stakes. Sometimes in very dangers board I can bluffs opponent.

If I have KK and run into AA, I tend to lose my stack and be content. There is no way in hell that I could make that fold.

The worst part in that particular hand is that he would have won. Doesn't matter, as he made an AWESOME fold. Perfect decision. Unfortunate result.

I've folded KK pre flop once. Top 10 finishers won an ipad. Around 12 players left. I had a below average stack. One of those rare occassions where I'd fold anything, including AA.

The hollywood antics of the guy with aces probably helped him make the decision... Why agonize for ages over your cards then put in a big re-raise ? These guys know each others styles and can make great reads sometimes...

I had this situation last night in P Stars Freeroll... I jammed KK into AA and somebody with QQ came along for the ride too... So No ! i couldn't fold KK...

gambling is about risk.
Poker (or at least WINNING poker) is about making +EV decisions, and avoiding -EV situations.

Folding KK vs AA is avoiding a very -EV situation.

I think the guy with KK played very well , he was right that someone have AA , but anyway he was better than all.

I never fold KK, never, it is to less probably situations when our opponents has AA, it is EV+ decision never EV-

I would never fold this online but when ever i had pocket K online there was an A on the flop. Every god damn time.
But this is live and sometimes when i'm playing live poker i get a strange feeling when the table is hot, and then again, it's pocket K..

No I would never fold KK preflop. They are just going to have to show me AA. And if the have it they will get paid off. In the long run you will be better off

Wasn't it Barry Greenstein (Maybe Sam Farha) who said you should always go all in preflop with KK, if the other guy has AA you can always suck out
