I don't play high stakes. I play mostly 100NL and 200NL. I've never had more than $700 in my account, and never deposited more than $100 at a time. My rakeback for Doyle's Room last month was about $25-$30 per week.
And, yes....no note. I asked all of my freinds and none of them are responsible.
It is odd that there just isnt any note or explanation given in the box.
you play 200NL with a 700$ BR? if you're ok with depositing, nvm this post, but else you might want to rethink your br management
