I have earned a few cents.

Maybe I don't get used to the freeroll gameplay, but in the gash games I have had a good income.

Iam trying to slowly climb on the ladder and maybe i will be on really high stakes tournament cause of freerolls win or something like that . I really want to try Play on high stakes (1k+ buy-in ) .

I built up from freerolls - upto $2800. But after a couple of hundred, you stop playing "ordinarily" freerolls - and you become more choosy as you start playing micros. And many sites require you to make a deposit before playing now too.

So definitely possible - but be prepared to spend hundreds of hours on the felt as I did.

BTW my biggest win came from a free ticket freeroll where I won a $2 ticket. I used it to enter a satellite and won a $10 ticket. I then took first place in a $10 PKO for $574.

Freerolls are a good way to gain experience, but the real money will never come from that. Although there are probably exceptions when you can multiply your freeroll winnings in a real game.

won around 500$ in an all-in freeroll once and around 450$ in a freeroll where playing was needed, instead of using it for my bankroll i decided to cash it out and bought something nice from it.

rather spent the winnings on something then having a chance to lose it all back and besides its free so why not right?

I don't make much money on the freeroll, I don't have a lot of time for poker, I play for my own pleasure.

Good afternoon, I think freerrols are a great way to learn some initial poker skills, plus you can win a little money to move to higher limits! I myself am a newcomer and play freerrols, enjoying this, while I have already begun to build my bankroll with the help of freerrols! In general, I think freerrols are a great start for learning poker, but as for making a lot of money from them, I don't know!

I have won some pennies in freerolls and the times I have won have been profitable, I have increased my bankroll and I have also decreased but I know that these micro levels are difficult to overcome more when I am a regular player !!!

I started my bankroll with freerolls, and with the profits played micro mtts and have built it up to 1k. I see that in the Cardschat Freeroll leaderboard there are players who have won more than 4k on freerolls, and a lot that have won over ik, just this year. So yes, it is possible to build up a bankroll from zero with freerolls. Study a lot and be patient, remmember position is key, and be aggressive , fold or raise.

I tried a freeroll challenge myself and unfortunately I wasn't disciplined to keep my freeroll winnings for the long run but i'm able to get 30$ each month at least playing PS only.

I have a small BR again and I'm trying to build up at the smaller stakes and keep consistent. After a certain attainment I tend to attempt a one sizable MTT $2-$5.50 (mostly through a satellite) which is how I usually build up my rather sizable BRs, I just need to not let it go to my head when I build it.
