1st. Welcome to Cardschar, and ebjoy.
2nd. This question isn't up to them. it's up to your bank. That's the technically illegal part of the trabsaction. US banks are verboten to fund online gaming sites, subject to stiff fines, or having to spend lots of time with their in-laws.
If it's a small, local bank, you might squeeze one in before they catch on, but usually not.

National City: No

I've found out that almost every US bank will not authorize an International Online Purchase unless:
1. They recognize the vendor as a sellor of goods not services or gaming.
2. It is done manually with authorization in person by card holder POS or country of origin.

visa- Yes
mastercard- Yes
Amex- No

Depends on the issuing bank like stated above... i used two different visa cards in the past and they both worked but same two cards would not work at pokerstars for some reason.
