Full Tilt Table Mods

I have seen on this site where people have created tables to use on Full Tilt Poker. I would really like to be able to use some of these, however it isn't working for me. I am currently running Windows Vista and follow the instructions step by step on how to install them. However the problem comes when I try to save it in notepad. It says it can not create the file and to make sure the file name and path is correct. Does anyone know what I can be doing wrong?

In Vista, you must either open NotePad "As Admin" to edit your "Background.inf" file OR just turn off your Account Control for everything.
