You've almost got to be emotionless playing this game. Realise that it's just one hand. Or x amount of hands and it's a bad beat. Everyone gets them. Just like you will go on a lucky streak at some point too. It's poker. You can have bad cards all night long and it just goes that way sometime. If you let every micro decision affect you, you will play worse over the long run. You're here for the war, not the battle.

I try to tell me:
"At the end, it's just a game. Sometimes you win, sometimes you loose."

Sometimes it works better and sometimes it doesn't. Especially if you had the better odds and the other person had ridiculous cards like 2 4 offsuit and still wins.
