So curious, why do they allow I-Pods/Ipads and such and such at the wsop? Are they not consider'd electronic devices? I swear I am being serious (as stupid as the question actually seems)

Those are pretty cool. But i dont see you being able to use them in any serious game or tourney.

They don't mind you having devices to listen to music or connect to the internet. It is the possibility of communicating with other players at the table they want to prevent. So no phone calls and no text messaging if you are in a hand.

But wouldn't Ipods these days do the same? Ipod touch's I believe have the ability to text other people. I could be mistaken though.

These glasses seem pretty epic... But im sure my phone can do everything that thing can do and I do not have to look as ridiculous lol.

Im sure if these things became big and they were of some use to the poker world, they would not be allowed.

I like the concept ...not for playing poker now if they can make a motorcycle riding freindly version . that has some angst as opposed to looking like a dork than Im in.
