That's one of the biggest hands that I have seen on High Stakes Poker. Daniel had quite a streak of flopping a great hand, even the nuts, to only lose the pot to quads and other great hands.

I love GSN's high stakes poker. It's the best poker on TV. You can't get any better than the best players playing for these huge pots.

I wouldn't exactly call Gus a bad player. He does seem to catch some cards at the right time. He is pretty sick a tthe high stakes tables and he has done pretty well for himself.

I agree with you that Daniel is a world-class player and one of the best in the world.

First I love this video. I can't see how either Gus nor Daniel really played it too wrong(save for at the end when Daniel didn't trust his read). I guess I'd feel worse for Daniel if he had flopped a set of 9's. Still they both played as well if not better than most of us would have. But oh yeah they're both pros...

Can I just point out the genius fold Antonio made pre-flop? I wouldn't have had the good sense to fold that hand. IMHO Antonio made the best play by not playing. I'm sorry I just think it's genius!
