Which hand if any is stronger?

I don't completely understand poker hands, can anyone tell me if any hands are stonger than the dealers hand?

To me, there is no initial pre-flop strongest hand. it is only after the flop, that I place value on how strong the hand is. Of course, the hand playeed has to make sense, too. a pair, two faxce cards, suited connectors, etc.

At a slow pace blinds tourney, first stages, any hand can be played for a few rounds paying cheap for it. Any of that hands can be a hidden monster along the flop downing the river.
