Are you talking about preflop or after the flop? Preflop, I would not fold AA unless on a satellite bubble. KK is almost the same, but I have folded it against super nits. Both are strong hands preflop and crush so many hands that its so -EV to fold preflop.kolakosata said:I have noticed that for people who have pocket AA or KK it's very hard for them to fold. They always think it's a winning combination. I have won with pocket AA 30%. Bad luck. But I fold many times now![]()
On the flop its different and depends on preflop action, board, opponents, flop action, etc. I have laid down AA/KK on very scary boards before.
I would call here. Your strategy should be winning the tournament, not just placing ITM. This is a huge chance to knock 5 players out, pick up a huge pot, and be in better position to do well. Even against 5 opponents, AA still has a slight edge.Dunny0905 said:Ive folded AA preflop before, yeah im crazy, sometimes you have to fold them if theres like 5 donkeys ahead of u all in and your close to the money, just gotta keep your strategy from the get go of the tourny or game and you'll do fine
