Nowhere near enough water today. Had a pint but too much tea and coffee, especially the latter. Hard to do long grinds on just water though.

Try to average about 100oz a day. Pretty easy to do in the summer though with walking every night.

The all modern World came from water! Another part under water... One word the Water
is Life! People, drink more water, because we are made in basic from water, since a blood
is water too, only red colour. Main, that the water, what you drink, was a quality!

Thank you for reminding me, in fact years ago I had enough coca cola to keep active, until I realized the great damage you do to your kidneys with this drink, I think the best thing to stay alert in the game is good rest and water

Geography deals with earth. And our earth contains about 70% of water.
We live on earth and our body also contains water in same proportion. And we can only survive well if we try to maintain that proportion all the time.
