I've only had this in poker twice. But on bets in bookmakers several times I poured my entire salary in a couple of hours. Sports betting is a very dangerous business. Poker is less dangerous and more interesting.

Freddy, Do not feel alone. It happens. Maybe take a break when you get on a losing streak. It is hard for me when that happens, too. You don't see the same names winning the top tournaments all the time.Their approximate average wins to losses is about 20% according to a pro source. That is a wag, though. SNGs are very challenging. I assume that is what you are speaking of. There seems to be a lot of wild play in lower cost SNGs, and to get past that can be a nightmare. I tend to play in tournaments.. It seems to me that most play more logically in those, but even then there are those who play like a mad man and if they know you will fold, they will play almost anything against you.

So,if you find a way to win more than 30% of the SNGs you play, please let me know how you did that. Good luck with your games. Never give up, but don't go broke doing it!

Before, every time after winning in tournaments, I went to the casino and poured all the winnings there. Now I try not to enter the casino.

Nope. bankroll management is critically important to me so this isn't something that could ever come close to happening.

I've never been in your situation due to the fact I continue playing bankroll management and yes when I'm tilted, I immediately stop playing poker for the day.

hi Fred this happened to me, the last time it was when the stars gave me tickets for a wcoop tournament and I won $ 109 and spent a lot of time preparing for it, well, I missed target tournaments, entered the last settelite. crash in half an hour and rebuy from my bankroll on tilt, and so crash, it happens when I drink, so I need to drink in moderation and also play bankroll. but that doesn't always work. lol

I have this same issue at times,..especially when i get a bad beat on said turn, or river card.. some of these sites r easy to put people on tilt,.. best technique is to take a break.. calm down regroup n go at it again! Play your cards well all and good luck!

I think that this happened with almost every newbie to poker, and I am no exception, I lowered my bankroll overnight, and even more than once, so I advise everyone if you lose a lot, it is better to stop, go to rest and continue already. play on tomorrow.

This has happend to me many many times in exactly the same way,.. i find that taking breaks is the best way for me to cool down n regroup before going bust these days.

I have had at least 3 occasions where I went for broke and blew all my money because my wife was getting upset that I spent too much time playing poker.

No. I always set me a daily limit. After I stop. I guess that's the right way everyone should do it. If u can not do it you should search for help and stop playing poker or gambling. It can be addictive. Play careful
