Greetings!
Do you sometimes get the feeling that the hours you spent playing poker could have been better spent somewhere else?

Sometimes yes. So I decided that every time I can I will do something else and not play poker. In last months I reduced a lot my playing time

Many times. Especially on the weekends, when you quit some activities in favor of poker, but some idiot calls your AK, QQ, KK etc. 20 bb allin with T8o, after 9 hrs of playing tournament. For sure muppet hits some statistickly imposible miracle and you are left with mincash and no party...

Yes, of course. There are days that I spend 3-4 hours to win only a little amount of money or even worse, in the bubble position. But that's poker.

I regret spending my time playing poker only when I played for a long time but didn't win the prizes.

Yes sometimes. Especially when you play a big tournament and you sit there for several hours and at the end you fly out just before the bubble, this feeling appears especially strongly. :D

Poker time needs to be planned, especially for those of us who have work and children, but I have enjoyed every moment I have dedicated to poker. So I don't regret the time I spend on poker.

From time to time, it happens at the table that thought visits, and you are already in the tournament

Great philosophical topic, friend! I think that every player should think about it. I think that for me personally, poker has given more than it has taken, and it's not so much about money. It's about ways of thinking. (Privet is Pavlodara!)

No way have I regretted the time I spend playing poker, since it's my hobby and my passion, and at the same time I get extra money, what more can I ask for?

No, not really because poker is just a hobby and my priority always goes to my "real life" with friends and family. So no regrets because I never sacrifice one of them for playing poker.

Yes, I sometimes regret the time spent playing poker, especially when I play tournaments. Once I played a tournament with a $20 buy-in. Everything was going great, I'd been playing for about 6 hours, there were 2 players left to the prize zone and I was 100% in the zone, but one hand changed everything. I was dealt AK, I made a raise and everyone folded except for one player who went all-in almost every hand, so I didn't hesitate to go all-in. He showed AQ and, as you probably guessed, the last card was a queen. If I had won this hand, I would have been the chip leader, but it didn't happen and 6 hours of play just didn't bring any benefit. That's why I play cash games, it seems more reliable to me.
