So how to clean and restart the personal computer should be cleaned and restarted and your brain, especially after a failed poker season, how do you do?

relax... And my advice to you - don't look at your poker balance every session(hide it and check it just once a week)

Yes, do something else than poker. Take a break for one or two weeks if is possible, and play again when you really want to play and not because it was an every day routine in the last season.

this is literally impossible for me to do. i check it more like every 2 minutes.:p

Sometimes I listen to music, maybe go outside and play soccer, watch a movie, or take a nap. I try to have fun or relax after playing poker.

I read a book these days just about that, players who seek a profit and regularity should always enter the mind clean game without thoughts on anything that puddle take your focus of the game, then get clean mind in the game and extremely important.
