Heart Rate while playing poker

I am not having any problems with the heart when I play poker but when I was playing dice with 0.35 btc my hurt was exploding like a bomb.

If you are excited and full of emotions then your heart may beat faster but if it just happens then you should really ask a doctor. And if you have the feeling that something is not right then definitely. If it happens in poker then you should see when it happens. Are you playing your A game or not and are you watching your bankroll? If you are constantly so excited while playing poker then you should really see what it is that excites you so much. And probably change one or the other there. But I advise you to go to the doctor first, better to go once too often than not to go and then to find out that you have something serious.

I think a slight increase in heart rate is normal, especially when you're playing for a big pot and you're in an important phase of the tournament.

You're not reading a book, you're playing poker for real money.

But if it comes again and again even to dropouts, you should visit a doctor in any case and let the whole time clarify.

No one here in the forum will be able to give you a remote diagnosis.

Hope it all clears up. All the best!

It's normal to happen when you play higher than you should. Adrenaline prepares you for a fight. Although it shortens life in general. It would help to ask a doctor if you are too worried.

Perhaps you are a very impressionable person or an expensive tournament or a difficult decision.

With the development of the game I also feel, I believe it refers to the expectation of the move or the values involved, but that it's nice to feel the adrenaline is

Okay so this is a kinda a stupid question, but lately while playing poker my heart started skipping a beat.

It didn’t happen before so I’m confused, because now it happens literally every time I play.
And it’s not a comfortable sensation.

Does this happen to anyone else?
And what does this indicate exactly?
When I play live games I can feel my heart race when I am in a hand.when I win my hands shake gathering my chips.but I love the adrenaline.

Sometimes, if I drink a lot of coffee, I have similar symptoms. Coffee and cigarettes are not the best way to relax.

Being in a risky and excited situation, heartbeat increases. It is a biological response of the body to these situations, nothing out of ordinary there.
However, these states should occur in natural environment and occasionally, so artificially forcing this condition often and prolonged onto your heart could be bad for you...
I am not a doctor, you should consult one if you think so, but i can advise you to play less and more casually... maybe for Play money...

for this occasion I bought a fitness watch so they once showed 160 I then won all-in

It happens to me in big pots late in tourneys, sometimes I start shaking as well, that really shows I do not belong in life tourney 🙂 🙂 🙂

A few years ago I had a battery of medical tests to be able to join the railroad.
And when I did the heart exam, the cardiologist was surprised because my heart beat so slowly, for my age, at the time I was 18 years old, he said that the normal for my age was 80 to 100 beats per minute, and mine beat 49 to 55 was too low for my age.
I remember doing other scans and stress tests to see if something was wrong, and nothing was found.
I believe it is because I am a very calm and calm person that my heart beats so slowly, even when I am playing poker there is no change in the heartbeat, many times I wait so long for a good hand to come, the heartbeat is even slower, I almost sleep.😴🤣

I have been suffering with heart trouble for several years now , and it's no joke. Go and see a cardiologist and get yourself checked out. You have only one life....don't throw it away.

I’m falling a sleep most of the time before the tournaments finish and always finishing something low barely getting money from them 😅

I'm usually as calm as possible when I play poker. Heart rate is always normal, but when I play a very important hand at the final table with many hundreds of dollars at stake, my heart starts to beat faster. This is a normal reaction of the body, there is nothing you can do about it.

In regular tournaments, I'm calm and my heart rate is abundant, but when I get to expensive tournaments through satellites, my heart rhythm sometimes goes off scale)

Everyone who gets too emotional runs the risk of suffering something later.
