I have been grinding hard atleast 40 hrs a week at 5nl and I'm down 10 buyins over the last 2 weeks. I have been having some really frustrating moments in dealing with people playing and I'm wondering since im getting called alot when I have AK preflop and I continue bet most flops, should I eliminate this play altogether or switch to hardly ever cbet as I feel I'm going to showdown much too often against a very wide range of hands. I'm really struggling right now since I can't find any good spots and some of my big hands are getting cracked and I have no balance. Really in a slump with reading hands and other players so I'm losing value everywhere. Any suggestion to bust me out of this slump.

Post some hands that you are having trouble with. That would help a lot to analyze how you are doing. It could also depend on the players you're playing against.
