You can't ... Either you have exceptional talent like Phil Ivey who sneaked in pokerrooms as a minor and absolutely crushed the regulars there or not

You can achieve it by hard work, loads of discipline and study study study
So no If you're not a natural there's no way to speed it up

Edit. Well there's one option to speed it up...
Get rich lol.
But don't expect to be not eaten by sharks

Well, I don't think you're talking about Poker, because you mentioned betting. So it refers to Casino and Sports Betting. Well, there are no shortcuts in these areas. You will depend on luck and luck is treacherous.

There are no short cuts, no easy ways and no quick ways. Poker takes patience, hard work, study, and time to build a bankroll if you/one even have the off table skills ability required to be a winning player at any stake level long term. To be a winning player at any stake level(even micro/low stakes) long term one needs the following: Patience, Bankroll management and Mental toughness/tilt control.

The secret is in slowing down time, not speeding it up..!

Ideally get a really good paying job which has lots of free time. (Safe and responsible)
Get lucky. (Hopeful)
Or you can forget about bills and other expenses and go down the black hole to see if it favours you. Most people dont come back out. Life becomes bleak and the chose to bury themselves. (Irresponsible and dangerous)
