Hey Dougla,
First of all, Cardschat is a great place you've started with. Here you'll find a lot of help just by reading members posts relating to all kind of poker topics. The 30 day course recommended above is a must for a beginner. I took it and found it very helpful. I'd also encourage you to check out "BlackRain79poker" and "James Sweeney-Splitsuit".

Najisami is absolutely correcto mondo. BlackRain79 has some great stuff on his web and on Youtube. He has a free cheat sheet and also plenty of free information. I have purchased his primo package and am glad I did. He will also reply to your emails. This is good information.

Yeah man, I really like the fact that he answers your emails and replies to most of the comments. His stuff is as simple as awesome. It did help me change a couple of bad habits I had.

I would be grateful for help from someone who is already in the middle and being profitable. I am unable to afford these expensive courses.
