How come I can never get any info on those hostess girls that parade around in the background on episodes of High Stakes Poker? Those girls have busts like the bow of an Aircraft Carrier and I'd love to know who they were and if they ever got naked on film or video.

They're prolly not readily available for the general public. The same way you're not getting a dealer at 2/3 NL that last night was dealing high stakes. They're the hottest chicks with the best tits in the entire casino, and they serve the high stakes players. Prolly in more ways than one.
