How to beat friends at the poker table?

I play poker with my friends once a month and find myself in the same game o er and over again.
I get agresive at first and get to be chip leader.
In the midle of the game i tend to get protective and loose the bb.
At the end of the game i shove a pair and loose.
My friends know less poker as me but still cant explain whats happening with my game?
Can someone give me some tips?we usualy play nl-holdem tournament 6 persons .First and second take the money.

They are your friends, i would be aggressive all the time. Especially when your in position. Good luck buddy

Well, the easiest way to beat ur friends, make them fu**in drunk, and there u go

Im not sure what's the idea of your post, but when I'm playing Poker with some IRL friends its not difficult to understand how they are used to play, specially if you have played with them for years haha. So it's not that hard to understand the way how they play.
