How to deal with tilt?

This made me lol. Even tilting in the 100k depositer freerolls takes a toll on a bankroll :/ (double rebuy = 60 cents) lol

last night i had a tilt :/ i had 12$ from free rolls and instat playing 1$ double up like i did with that small amount and my bank roll was incrising that way i went to 2$ 1v1 heads up table and spent all money in 15min :/ Its not that i dont know to play heads up, i played it a lot of time but its just not goot do play with that bank roll that game, and i did coz i lost 3 double ups in row so i went to bigger table = tilt :/
