How do you balance ranges at micro/low stakes?

I’ve been working on my game at the micros and always struggle with keeping my ranges balanced between bluffs and value. At these limits, players call a lot, so I’m wondering - do you guys still balance properly or just go exploitative?

At low limits, the balancing range consists not so much in theoretical balance as in the practical tendency to play secrets for high profits.
