It's not 'playing a hand slowly'.

It is when YOU KNOW you have the NUTS... other player bets (or better yet... they shove allin) and you then time down, taking close to the maximum amount of time before making the call.... even though YOU KNOW you have the best hand and have them CRUSHED (ie.  villain shoves the river when the 3rd heart gets there, quite possibly giving them a flush (or at least they might be representing a flush) but meanwhile that river card not only paired the board but it ended up giving you QUADS!!!!    So it's now your turn to act.... and WITH QUADS you time all the way down.... then HIT the extra timer.... time it almost all the way down (giving the opponent a false hope that you're either folding OR that their hand is definitely strong enough to win the hand) and then you call!   Showing the QUADS!

It's generally thought of as a VERY DISRESPECTFUL move to do in the game of poker.   THere are some PROS who actually do it fairly often but 99% of the time they are doing it to a friend of their's (ie.  Shaun Deeb is known for doing it).   But to do it to a stranger online in a game.... it is uncalled for and very rude.
