How do you feel when you are playing poker?

I'm excited to win..
If the tournament is 2 days I won't even sleep well...
These times fall into a 2 day for bad ak/a3 top pair against 2pair on the river...was in 6 of 120left pot of 3000000 villain bet 400000 I just called knowing I was lost in SCOOP 11 NLH

I feel hopeful.

I feel that everything I yearn for is closer than far away.

And despite the arduous path, things will go as planned.

I try to reach a neutral state and then tune in to the game. Great when you enter the alpha game state.
Never unfortunately did not pass on the second day of multi-day tournaments. You have a good result.

I have already passed those boundaries when I was upset because of the bad game days. Now I play less often, the nervous system is calm. I approach the game carefully and responsibly.
