Tilt definitely becomes less of a problem with experience but there also other ways you can try to prevent and/or cure tilt too like, not being overly results focused and reminding ourselves things such as if players don't call off our bets with only 10% equity then we lose a lot of juicy profitability and that in order to win those spots 90% of the time, we're frequently going to have to also lose those spots in the region of 1/10...

How you think about things and intentionally mentally framing your thoughts to focus on particular aspects can be a very valuable tool..! ;)

Having said of this, I have massively committed an oversight by failing to request you specify [I]what exactly[/I] tilts you..? :unsure:

Impossible to offer relevant, let alone pertinent suggestions without knowing what the precise cause is, no...? :D

Presumed it's "bad beat" scenarios but it could be anything this day in age really... ☣️☢️☣️☢️ 😅
