Know your tolerance. How long can you keep up concentration? How long handle frustration? Quit before that, or, if a tournament is still running, breathe deep and don't decide to fast.

I feel hardly tilt or better said no tilt here. Losing belongs to the game.
Have proper bankroll management and you will not tilt.
If you have enough bankroll, you will not worry to make a shot even from time to time.
But BRM is crucial for this.

I never go on tilt, I just throw the computer at the wall, head butt the table and go screaming down the street, but on tilt I don't stay.

For the majority of those present here, this is too expensive.

You can limit yourself to wholesale purchases of computer mice and breaking them.

Tilt is not easy to beet or control. I use meditaation to help control my tilt issues and it works well for me. I also started listening to meditation music while playing. It really helped me alot to coontrol tilt.

These days, rarely if ever!

Similarly I'm also less inclined to intentionally attempt to tilt my opponents nowadays too...

Tilt definitely becomes less of a problem with experience but there also other ways you can try to prevent and/or cure tilt too like, not being overly results focused and reminding ourselves things such as if players don't call off our bets with only 10% equity then we lose a lot of juicy profitability and that in order to win those spots 90% of the time, we're frequently going to have to also lose those spots in the region of 1/10...

How you think about things and intentionally mentally framing your thoughts to focus on particular aspects can be a very valuable tool..!

Having said of this, I have massively committed an oversight by failing to request you specify what exactly tilts you..?

Impossible to offer relevant, let alone pertinent suggestions without knowing what the precise cause is, no...?

Presumed it's "bad beat" scenarios but it could be anything this day in age really... ☣️☢️☣️☢️ 😅

I don't fight it at all. I don't pay attention to it at all while playing. Unless at the final tables it's a little disappointing to lose 80 vs 20 all-ins
