How do you guys handle aggressive 3-bettors on your left?

Hey everyone,
Lately, I’ve been getting absolutely crushed by aggressive regs sitting directly on my left. It feels like every time I open from the HJ or CO, they hit me with a 3-bet from the CO or Button, and I’m forced to play out of position or just fold.
How do you guys adjust your strategy when you have a 3-bet happy villain on your left?
  • Are you tightening up your opening ranges significantly?
  • Do you start 4-bet bluffing more with blockers (like A5s)?
  • Or are you just flatting more and trying to play post-flop?
For context, I’m mostly playing 10NL cash games right now. Appreciate any advice or adjustments you can share!

At 10NL, the best counter is to fight back with a polarized 4-bet strategy (value + blockers like A5s) rather than flatting out of position. Tighten your opens just a bit, but don't let them run you over—make them pay for over-3-betting!

I would open bigger 3x to 4x and tighten up your range.

Just tighten your range and trap him with the nuts. Let him bet into you and take his chips.
And then start calling looser. Humiliate him by rivering two pair with a random 58 off suit hand. Just kidding.

Maximizes Value: Gets full value from premium hands.
Folds Out Garbage: Punishes light 3-bets with blockers. Its my strategy but i think im missing something lol 😅
