and sure it sucks to lose, but I dont play high enough stakes to have it effect me

I try to stay focused on the entertainment aspect of the game and not take it too seriously while trying to build my bankroll..That way I'm not too hard on myself for say calling an all in at a final table with 7 people with Ace Queen and losing with one of the bigger stacks vs folding pretty drawing cards and staying in the game or getting railed by a weaker hand at a final table which is out of my control..

it is true if you lose it is your fault and not the others, you only have to improve your game

If I lose too many in a row I go back to studying the game. Then I feel I've put int he time and earned something, something good should happen.
