I say that my game is on a line between recreational and regular but with the balance a little more inclined to the regular, but I do have a long way to go to say that I have a solid game

I'd say 6 out of 10.
I know most of the concepts, definitely above average in poker knowledge, but have a lot to develop still.
Have been finding quite useful information here, so quite happy about it.
And then I guess it's just practice practice practice in order to get better.

Define level

I could enter 15 tournaments year with a $10,000 buy-in and call myself a pro but if my win record doesn't match up then I'm not really a pro.....

In terms of skill level being a beginner or a pro, I think myself like most are probably somewhere in between and until I win the world series main event, I'll consider myself a student of the game!

Good luck at the tables...

I rate my poker skills at the cash tables as below average. But when playing in tournaments, I sometimes win prizes and this inspires and motivates me to develop in poker and keep playing.

I consider myself an average player. But you have to move on, there is no limit to perfection.

Assessing your own level is one of the most important things in poker. Those who overestimate themselves play tournaments with high buy in or cash games at high blind levels against those much better than themselves, and this results in frequent deposit payments to their account. I play for fun, I am a recreational player and I will stay at that level forever, as I do not practice or upgrade my knowledge. My English is not good enough that I can easily translate specific poker phrases (google translator is useless here) and I did not find quality content for poker education in my language.

I think I play better live than I do online (but I suspect most players feel that way).

Is the question asking how is your poker game? or How do you know how good you are in poker? If it's the latter, worry more about your Poker BRM ;) Pro tip

Hi

Hello friend, if we consider a novice, expert and professional, I consider that it is somewhat difficult to identify at one level, since in poker there are no schools, or something to study, I do not think that winning tournaments gives you a level, but I consider that I know well the game.
