Completely different. It depends on time and mood. I was reading already some books, from time to time I watch some videos. I read articles on different websites.
I read here in the forum and discuss. About hours it could be probably some more compared to the playing time...

I watch youtube videos, read books, but in my opinion, the best thing you can do to study is to play microstakes and see a lot of hands. Then analyze your successes and failures! Also keep in mind not everyone knows as much as they think they do lol.

Videos, talk hands with friends, review my hands and check the maths, read forums, read articles. Many many different avenues to be honest.

I study poker 1-2 hours a day looking at the stream read books, watch tournaments of different series, you need to learn constantly vet when you nauchites someone working hard to learn and it will be better so you learn constantly on during your whole life.

Pokerstars school

Pokerstars has a school. If you have an account with pokerstars you can open another with the same username at pokerschoolonline. in there you have some organized stuff for any beginner to study. some videos as well.

Now there are so many ways to learn how to play poker, I personally watch videos on YouTube, read blogs of leading poker players, browse poker sites, well, I play poker myself.

Best way to really study is to play.

That's my opinion. You can read or watch some high roller tourneys, but that's different from what you'll find in micros and such. At least that's how I did it.

In my case I like to study poker watching videos ... sometimes I read some articles ... the important thing is to take time to study ... you have to be updated with the new game trends ...! I love watching videos of Daniel Negrauni ... apart from being one of the best players it is very easy to explain his movements in each game ...!

Study is my weak side in poker. Sometimes I can read book about poker or watsch video, but I do it chaotic and without system.
